Random Episode Review — “Blood Feud”

Here is my review of “Blood Feud.” Enjoy, everyone!

Original Air Date: July 11th, 1991

I think this episode turned out fantastic. I liked the premise of Mr. Burns getting an illness and the only person that can help him is a Simpson. A hilarious moment in this episode is Homer’s angry letter to Burns, which is as follows:

Dear Mr. Burns,

I am so happy that you enjoyed my son’s blood and your card was just great. In case you can’t tell, I’m being sarcastic. You stink! You are a senile, buck-toothed old mummy with bony girl arms, and you smell like an elephant’s butt.

Another funny moment in the episode was when Homer and Bart are in the post office, and Homer states that he is Mr. Burns and that they have a letter for him. “Okay Mr. Burns, what’s your first name,” says the employee. “I don’t know” is Homer’s reply. I liked the Olmec head that the Simpsons receive for a present: Xtapolapocetl (ex-tapo-lap0-kettle). Anyway, I hope you all watched this episode in 1991, because I did.
